Vadarevu Port - Master Plan Highlights

Vadarevu Port - Phase 1 Highlights

• 24 million tonnes per annum capacity
• 16m CD depth in harbour
• Berthing up to 120,000 DWT vessels
• Modern cargo handling equipment and storage facilities

All field investigations, surveys, technical and traffic assessment studies have been completed. VANPIC has obtained all statutory clearances including Environmental Clearance(EC) from Ministry of Environment & Forest (MoEF), Govt. of India and Consent for Establishment(CFE) from AP Pollution Control Board (APPCB). The Detailed Project Report(DPR) has been prepared and the same was approved by GoAP. Port is expected to commence construction shortly.
